- Droppy fee
- None. There is no per-payment or percentage charge.
- Network gas
- Paid by the sender. Robinhood Chain is an Arbitrum L2, so a transfer typically costs a fraction of a cent.
- Currency conversion
- None. You receive exactly the asset and amount you invoiced.
- Chargebacks
- Not possible — blockchain payments are final. This cuts both ways: no fraud reversals, but also no recourse if you send to the wrong place.
- Custody fee
- None. We never hold your funds, so there is nothing to charge for holding them.

Is this really free?
There is no Droppy fee on payments today. You pay the network gas fee for transactions your own wallet sends, which on Robinhood Chain is a fraction of a cent. If that ever changes, it will change for new accounts first and be announced well in advance.
Who pays the gas fee?
Whoever sends the transaction. Your customer pays gas when they pay you; you pay gas only if you move funds afterwards. Droppy never sends a transaction on your behalf.
Are there limits on the free plan?
Rate limits exist to prevent abuse, not to meter usage: 30 link creations per minute per merchant and 60 verification checks per minute. Ordinary use never comes close.
Do you take a cut of the payment?
No. Droppy is non-custodial — funds go directly from your customer's wallet to yours, and we are never in the path to take anything from them.
